This ensures the production of baby food-standard powdered milk of the highest quality. By eliminating the water component, Inalpi delivers a high-performance dairy product. The company’s commitment to quality is further demonstrated by its fresh milk being processed within 24 hours, ensuring premium butter production from fresh centrifugal cream at both 82% traditional fat and 99.8% clarified fat levels.
